Job summary

Thrive Communities in Kent, WA is seeking a friendly maintenance associate to maintain grounds and common areas while delivering excellent resident service.

You will vacuum, sweep, mop floors, clean restrooms, and support unit prep after move-out and before move-in, coordinating with the maintenance team to resolve issues. This 100% in-person role offers a strong team culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• May require Driver's License and insurance (operating on-site grounds equipment).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds and common areas to ensure a professional appearance of the property.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Notify managers and maintenance team of necessary repairs, hazards, or low inventory items.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• May assist with inspecting and preparing units after move-out and before move-in.
• Strive to exceed residents’ expectations for excellent customer service.
