SPM, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our communities and create a welcoming environment for residents. You will care for grounds, pick up debris, and assist with light maintenance, ensuring timely completion of service requests and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of grounds care and basic maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a courteous and cooperative approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining community grounds to ensure a clean, well-kept appearance.
• Picking up debris and keeping all outdoor areas tidy.
• Assisting with light maintenance tasks when needed.
• Completing service requests promptly and efficiently (within 24 hours).
• Following OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
• Supporting the Property Manager and Maintenance Team as needed.
