Job summary

HNN Communities in Lynnwood seeks a Full-Time Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal across properties in Washington State. The role supports the maintenance team and involves routine landscape tasks and cleaning responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year porter/groundskeeper experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk the community grounds daily, pick up trash and maintain curb appeal.
• Clean exterior walkways, lighting, leasing office and common areas.
• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, watering.
• Remove snow and ice when applicable.
• Assist maintenance team and participate in resident events and programs.
