Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features, amenities, and curb appeal across the community. You will perform routine tasks, assist with make-ready processes, and ensure gates and locks meet safety standards while staying responsive to resident needs.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 40-hour attendance consistency and OSHA-related training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience applying knowledge and skills in safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Read and understand safety instructions and property policies.
• Basic math and measurement skills for routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily and remove litter, debris and pet waste.
• Perform routine maintenance and make-ready tasks as directed.
• Handle lock changes and pool gate safety checks.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist residents when needed.
• Follow safety policies and participate in OSHA-related training.
