You will work across multiple properties with our maintenance and property teams, performing routine grounds care, safety checks, and light maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates basic groundskeeping skills and pride in property appearance.
• Keeps safety procedures in mind and reports hazards.
• Works well with maintenance teams and contractors.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Shows basic repair and maintenance aptitude for common tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety or wear and report issues.
• Daily trash removal across common areas and property grounds.
• Maintain curb appeal and attractive tour routes.
• Clean and maintain pool area as directed.
• Assist with make-ready tasks like painting, carpet cleaning, and appliance repairs.
• Provide snow removal support when needed and be available for emergencies.
• Assist with light maintenance orders in apartments and common areas.
• Coordinate with residents and teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support with other duties as assigned by management.
