RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to care for the exterior of our multifamily communities. You will maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while performing minor repairs under direction.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset to support a positive resident experience. The position supports day-to-day property operations, including litter control, trash removal, and ensuring safe, welcoming environments for residents and guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds and common areas to keep them clean and safe.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate larger tasks with the Service Manager.
• Handle trash removal, make-ready tasks for vacant units, and maintain curb appeal.
• Communicate with residents and staff to resolve maintenance requests promptly.
