RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, amenities, and curb appeal across our Georgia communities. You will assist with make-ready tasks and coordinate with the Service Manager on repairs and safety.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-focused approach to residents. Weekend availability is required in a fast-paced, team-driven property management setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Able to perform outdoor maintenance tasks and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal across the community.
• Complete make-ready tasks and clean common areas and dumpsters as needed.
• Inspect for hazards and report to supervisor.
• Assist with notices and communications to residents as required.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with safety policies.
