Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior spaces of a residential community in Lancaster, OH. You will keep lawns, landscaping, parking areas and amenities looking their best and ensure curb appeal for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has at least two years as a groundskeeper or landscaper, is safety-conscious and a clear communicator who fits our team culture of Living Our Values Everyday and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper or related role.
• Passion for maintaining the look of the community and delivering high-quality outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visually appealing outdoor space and high curb appeal.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas including parking lots and amenities.
• Physically walk the property regularly and remove litter and debris.
• Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests.
• Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets.
