Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience (preferably on a residential property).
• Experience with pool maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and removes trash, furniture, and debris from grounds.
• Cleans and maintains pools and hot tubs.
• Cleans gutters.
• Waters plants and maintains landscaping.
• Maintains mail area.
• Power washes buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Paints breezeways and exteriors of buildings.
• Distributes notices to residents.
• Reports issues to Property Manager (damaged buildings, maintenance problems, etc.).
