Fairfield Residential in Houston is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and safety across our apartment community. You will perform daily property walks, manage cleaning supplies, and support resident service while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• General computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally.
• Communicate work status and potential issues to the Service Manager.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards and ensure compliance with policies.
