Lancaster Campus is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper in the Columbus area to maintain the property's cleanliness and appearance. You will perform pruning and landscape tasks, trim and mulch as directed, and help with snow removal and pool maintenance as needed.

A strong customer service orientation is valued for interactions around the property. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to follow instructions efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Pruning and landscape maintenance, trimming and mulching as directed.
• Rake leaves, collect debris from grounds and common areas.
• Clean breezeways and grounds; include trash collection.
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather.
• Assist with pool maintenance and light maintenance as directed.
