ZRS is a leading residential property management company committed to providing consistent service to our residents and clients through recruiting, hiring, and retaining the most talented professionals in the apartment industry.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining the buildings and breezeways, ensuring they are free from trash and cobwebs.
2. Sweeping and/or blowing debris from the property.
3. Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
4. Conducting monthly property walks.
5. Pressure washing the buildings.
6. Preparing units for market readiness.
7. Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities.
8. Maintaining the compactor area free from debris.
