Position Details

• Type: Full Time, 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Avondale School District)
• Wage: $21.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities

1. Maintain grounds (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, weeding).
2. Snow removal and salting/sanding.
3. Respond to emergencies.
4. Follow safety standards and OSHA regulations.
5. Perform additional duties as needed.

Position Requirements

1. 6 months grounds and snow removal experience.
2. GED or High School Diploma.
3. Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
4. Pass background and DMV checks.
5. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
6. Positive attitude and team-oriented.
