Join Our Team as a Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician at Zeman Homes, Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician to join Pine Crest Estates, a mobile home community located in Chesterfield, MI. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance, rehab, and landscaping work to ensure the community remains in excellent condition. Pine Crest Estates is a division of Zeman Homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the community's appearance and appeal.
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on facilities, streets, and vehicles.
• Rehab and maintain used and leased homes.
• Perform lawn care and landscape services.
• Clean and maintain community buildings, garages, and vacant sites.
• Handle plumbing tasks as needed.
• Remove snow from streets, parking lots, and entrances during winter.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds and maintenance work preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment.
• Physical ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to provide clear written reports.
• Snow removal experience is a plus.
• Availability for respond to community needs outside of regular hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
