Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $19.00/hr

• $200 Hiring Bonus after 90 Days*

Position Details

Position: Full Time Groundskeeper - 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm at Troy School District

Wage: $19.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds: mowing, weed whipping, edging, blowing, trimming, raking, and weeding.
• Remove snow from sidewalks and driveways; spread sand and salt to prevent slipping, which may require additional hours outside regular shift.
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled emergency events.
• Follow all safety standards per company policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Some grounds experience required.
• Knowledge/experience in repair, service, and preventive maintenance of equipment such as compact tractors, Kubota UTV, golf carts, trailers, lawn mowers, snowplows, salt spreaders, walk-behind snow blowers, and trucks.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
• Ability to pass background and DMV checks (clean driving record).
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude supporting team performance.
• Team-oriented approach.
