Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and common areas at Colonnade at Eastern Shore in Daphne, AL. You will support the maintenance team, prepare units for new residents, and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming community.

This full-time position emphasizes outdoor work, teamwork, and pride in daily contributions to resident satisfaction and first impressions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
