Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to keep our communities clean, safe, and inviting. You will maintain grounds, walkways, and public areas, assist with routine maintenance, and support the team with move-outs and seasonal tasks.

No prior maintenance or landscaping experience is required, and you must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. The role involves outdoor work in all weather and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
