Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper for our Baton Rouge communities. The role focuses on keeping grounds, walkways, and public areas clean and inviting, supporting maintenance tasks, and preparing units for new residents.

You’ll join a team that values pride in work, safety, and resident satisfaction, with benefits including health coverage, retirement matching, PTO, and ongoing training. This is a full-time, outdoors-based role in Baton Rouge, LA.

Competenze

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
