Job summary

Arlington Holding Company is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper in Spartanburg, South Carolina to ensure that our communities are clean, safe, and inviting. You will work on maintaining outdoor spaces, assisting with routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

This role does not require prior experience but requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to lift and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Benefits include competitive pay, medical insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.

Skills

What You’ll Do

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
• Adhere to all safety and company policies
