Responsibilities include assisting with routine maintenance, reporting repairs, preparing units for new residents, and seasonal tasks. A positive attitude, ability to work outdoors, and physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform daily tasks.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
