Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain our communities’ exterior spaces, walkways, and pool areas where applicable. You’ll contribute to resident satisfaction by keeping grounds neat, safe, and inviting, supporting the maintenance team and seasonal tasks as needed.

No prior landscaping experience is required, but you should be physically capable, dependable, and able to work outdoors in all weather. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
• Must enjoy outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing daily tasks.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repairs to the Service Manager.
• Help prepare units for new residents and support move-outs.
• Maintain neat, organized work and storage areas.
• Support seasonal tasks like snow or leaf removal and pool upkeep where applicable.
