• Have complete grasp of on-site maintenance management.
• 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity.
• Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and be able to travel to other properties, if needed.
• Must have a basic set of tools.

• Be on-call and respond to after-hour emergency calls.
