Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required in some communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Clean vacated apartments as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Assist maintenance team with work orders including painting.
• Ensure amenities are clean and orderly.
