Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep property grounds pristine and safe. You will maintain exterior areas, plant and care for flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs, and operate basic maintenance tools.

The role includes cleaning common areas and vacated apartments and supporting the maintenance team with light duties. Responsibilities also cover snow removal, salting walkways, and following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property and keep areas clean.
• Perform landscaping tasks: trim, mow, fertilize, and manage trees and shrubs.
• Use pest control equipment and related tools as needed.
• Clean vacated apartments and common areas; assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Shovel snow and spread salt; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist maintenance team on projects and follow established procedures.
