Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required in communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property and keep areas clean.
• Clean outside of buildings and surrounding grounds; remove debris.
• Clean gutters and maintain landscaped beds, trim plants, mow lawns, and apply basic upkeep.
• Spread salt for ice safety; assist with pool maintenance and trash removal.
• Assist maintenance team with light work orders and safety compliance.
