Bell Partners in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community grounds and buildings clean and inviting. You will work under the Maintenance Manager to perform daily upkeep, ensure safety, and support residents.

The role requires 2+ years in grounds keeping and landscaping, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and adherence to Bell Core Values. We offer growth, comprehensive benefits, and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in grounds keeping for multi-family properties.
• 2+ years in landscaping.
• May require HVAC/EPA certifications depending on community staffing.
• Must meet physical demands including lifting up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Maintain cleanliness outside each building and the grounds surrounding each building.
• Maintain a uniform landscaped look by picking up debris around buildings and common areas.
• Clean gutters of buildings.
• Plant and tend flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs; mow lawns; fertilize and control pests.
• Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment safely.
• Clean and remove trash.
• May perform pool maintenance duties.
• Shovel snow if needed; spread salt on walkways.
• Clean vacated apartments as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Clean common areas daily; ensure amenities are maintained.
