Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Durham, NC. The role focuses on keeping community grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained under supervision of the Community/ Maintenance Manager.

You will handle daily upkeep of property, buildings, and outdoor areas. The position requires 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family setting, with landscaping skills and EPA/HVAC certifications if applicable. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family environment.
• Experience in landscaping and property maintenance is preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on property staffing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep the exterior of buildings and surrounding grounds clean and well-kept.
• Maintain a landscaped look by trimming, mowing, and debris removal.
• Perform basic maintenance of tools and equipment per established procedures.
• May assist with pool maintenance and snow removal when needed.
• Follow safety and OSHA requirements; ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
