Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an entry-level Planting Crew member in Fort Worth, TX to assist in installing trees and plants for customers. You will plant trees and shrubs per landscape plans, ensure proper spacing, and maintain a clean work area.

You will work with a team to deliver exceptional service, follow safety protocols, and support loading and unloading plants and tools while complying with PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred.
• Experience with operating power tools and hand tools preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plant trees, shrubs, and other plants according to landscape plans and specifications.
• Ensure proper fertilization and planting techniques to promote healthy growth and longevity.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
• Assist with loading and unloading plants, tools, and equipment and ensure proper weights.
