Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Planting Crew member in Conroe, TX to plant trees and shrubs per landscape plans and maintain site appearance. You will follow specifications, ensure proper spacing and alignment, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, using PPE, and maintaining safe, organized work areas while abiding by safety protocols and utility location guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow specific safety protocols and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plant trees, shrubs, and plants according to landscape plans.
• Ensure proper fertilization and planting techniques for healthy growth.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading plants and equipment with accurate counts.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety measures on site.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and Blue Stake/811 color codes.
