Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries, Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor / Planting Crew Manager. You will lead the planting crew, plan installations, direct activities, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee truck operations, manage crew performance, and coordinate with customers to deliver high-quality plant installations. The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory plant/landscape setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to meet

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has 2+ years in crew chief, foreman, manager roles.
• Experience in retail, nursery, landscaping, or related enviroment preferred.
• Strong coaching and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a flatbed truck with crew and materials.
• Direct installation operations and ensure timely completion.
• Provide outstanding customer service during DNP visits.
• Enforce company policies and safety processes with the crew.
• Train and develop crew members and provide performance feedback.
• Monitor and improve productivity and workmanship on projects.
