Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds including lawns, walks, and landscaping.
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform basic hedge trimming.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment used for groundskeeping.
• Follow OSHA standards and wear PPE as required.
• Respond to emergencies and assist management as directed.
• Communicate with team, vendors, and residents.
• Assist with notices, meter reads, and winter snow/ice removal when needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
