Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Porter to maintain and beautify the outdoor features of a residential property in Flagstaff, AZ. You will perform landscaping, snow and ice removal, and general upkeep of common areas such as the pool, spa, club room, and exterior lighting, while upholding safety standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities include lawn care, debris removal, irrigation maintenance, seasonal plantings, and minor repairs to ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for

Qualifications

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma and one year of full-time experience in some aspect of lawn/grounds maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Record of punctuality and dependability; ability to work under deadlines; flexible for after-hour and weekend emergencies.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
• Removes trash and debris from common areas.
• Sweeps and clears debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairs.
• Maintains and repairs exterior lighting by replacing bulbs and reporting inventory.
• Mows lawn areas and removes clippings; trims and prunes trees and shrubs.
