Job summary

MyCareer+ is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician to maintain the property’s outdoor spaces, building exteriors, and common areas. You will perform groundskeeping, cleaning, trash removal, and seasonal tasks while helping identify safety concerns and report maintenance needs.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to keep the residential community welcoming and well-maintained, handling hands-on outdoor duties in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or related outdoor maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean, safe surroundings.
• Strong communication and teamwork with property management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces and walkways.
• Perform trash removal and routine landscaping tasks.
• Clean building exteriors, walkways, and common areas.
• Address safety hazards and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with seasonal outdoor tasks and snow/ice removal when needed.
• Coordinate with property management for repairs and tasks.
