Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential community in top condition. You will support the service team, perform curb appeal tasks, and help with make-ready turns.

A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property and you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Daily duties include inspecting the grounds, addressing minor repairs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across common areas.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flex schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas and amenities clean and presentable.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet waste; prepare units for turnover and maintain storage areas.
• Respond to routine service requests and support the make-ready process under supervision.
• Ensure locks and pool area gates function correctly and in compliance with codes.
