Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, lock changes, and reporting hazards. A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on site is required, with OSHA safety training encouraged.

• Experience in building/grounds maintenance and basic repair tasks.
• Customer service mindset when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and common areas to keep grounds neat and appealing.
• Remove trash, prep vacant units, and assist with make-ready processes.
• Process basic maintenance requests and support the service team.
• Ensure gate and pool area safety compliance and operate security locks.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist with safety training.
