Greystar in Austin, TX seeks aMaintenance Associate to maintain community grounds, assist the service team, and support turnover of vacant units. Responsibilities include keeping common areas tidy, delivering notices, and ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect the community and maintain neat, litter-free common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with the turnover process.
• Complete routine service requests and support the make-ready team.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate with the service team.
• Identify hazards and report to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions.
• Participate in safety trainings and follow OSHA and company policies.
