Job summary

Greystar in Cypress, TX is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the community clean, safe, and attractive. You will perform daily grounds upkeep, unit make-readies, and respond to routine service requests to support the service team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; keep common areas and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for make-ready.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks as per policy and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training and related safety requirements.
