Job summary

Bridge Investment Group is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1. This role focuses on basic service requests, make-ready tasks, and common area maintenance with guidance from senior techs.

You’ll gain hands-on experience through training and perform increasing complex repairs over time. Responsibilities include prepping vacant units, addressing minor work orders, and assisting with safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vacant units for move-in readiness: painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities.
• Addressing minor work orders: changing light bulbs, fixing basic plumbing leaks, replacing hardware, and minor drywall repair.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies at manager’s discretion.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal, curb painting.
• Supporting higher-level technicians.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks designated by supervisor.
