Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 to perform a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision. You will develop skills toward more complex tasks, focusing on basic service requests, make-ready, and common area maintenance across properties.

The role includes on-call rotations, safety compliance, and support for higher-level technicians. Training opportunities are provided to build proficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in with painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend trainings and development opportunities.
• Address minor work orders: bulbs, leaks, hardware, and drywall.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with trash and curb painting.
• Support higher-level technicians.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
