Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1. The role focuses on a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision, building skills toward more complex tasks.

Primary duties include basic service requests, make-ready, and maintaining common areas across properties. You will handle paint, cleaning, light repairs, and assist with on-call after-hours work while following safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with strong attention to deadlines and quality.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork and a service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC typically obtained through training.
• Bilingual communication ability can be advantageous for properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness (painting, cleaning, light repairs).
• Attend training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one).
• Address minor work orders (change bulbs, fix basic plumbing leaks, replace hardware, drywall touch-ups).
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as needed by management.
• Support general grounds maintenance and repairs (cleaning common areas, trash removal, curb painting).
• Assist higher-level technicians and follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
