Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 to perform a narrow range of repairs and assist more experienced technicians across communities. This role emphasizes move-in readiness, basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and routine maintenance with safety and resident interactions in mind.

Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and able to use digital work-order tools like Yardi or SmartRent; some on-call weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness: painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one).
• Address minor work orders: change light bulbs, fix basic plumbing leaks, replace hardware, drywall touch-ups.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as needed by supervisor.
• Support higher-level technicians and follow safety and appearance standards.
