Training and development are emphasized to grow with evolving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will show reliability, teamwork, and a service mindset, with basic skills in plumbing/electrical/HVAC learned on the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness: paint, clean, and perform light repairs.
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities.
• Address minor work orders: fix leaks, replace hardware, drywall touch-ups.
• participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with trash removal and curb painting.
