Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 to perform a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision. This role focuses on basic service requests, make-ready, and common area maintenance, with opportunity to develop skills for more complex tasks.

Key duties include preparing vacant units, addressing minor work orders, and supporting higher-level technicians.

Qualifications

• Entry-level maintenance technician with ability to learn and grow.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and participate in training opportunities.
• Good communication, safety awareness, and willingness to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vacant units for move-in readiness: painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one).
• Addressing minor work orders: changing light bulbs, fixing basic plumbing leaks, replacing hardware, and minor drywall repair.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as assigned by management.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal.
