Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 responsible for basic maintenance tasks and make-ready work in our properties. You will perform a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision and develop skills for more complex repairs, supporting higher-level technicians as needed.

Responsibilities include preparing vacant units, attending trainings, handling minor work orders, and participating in on-call rotations.

• Basic ability to perform essential maintenance tasks with attention to quality and deadlines.
• Demonstrated dependability, teamwork, and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness (painting, cleaning, light repairs).
• Attend training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, one-on-one).
• Address minor work orders (bulbs, plumbing leaks, hardware, drywall).
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as needed by manager.
