Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1, to perform a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision. You will prepare units for move-in, handle basic maintenance, and support higher-level technicians across make-ready tasks and common area upkeep.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a service mindset in a fast-paced property environment. Ideal candidates bring basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (preferred)
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for the properties

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness (painting, cleaning, light repairs)
• Attend training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one)
• Address minor work orders (bulbs, leaks, hardware, drywall)
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• General grounds maintenance and common area upkeep
• Support higher-level technicians
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards
• Report work completion to supervisors
