Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician 3 to join our team in St. Louis. This hands-on role performs apartment repairs, prepares units, maintains grounds, and supports seasonal duties, with on-call rotation.

You’ll work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. Compensation is up to $18 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable performing repairs and basic repairs.
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents through unit turns.
• Help maintain beautiful grounds and curb appeal.
• Perform painting, cleaning, and general property maintenance.
• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and property safety.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents while keeping the community safe and well maintained.
