Hayes Gibson is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems across our properties. The role focuses on safe, reliable operations and resident satisfaction, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

Work includes routine and preventative maintenance, responding to work orders, inspections, and ensuring safety compliance. Monday–Friday 8–5, on-call for emergencies, with benefits and competitive hourly pay up to $25.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Problem-Solving mindset with troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
• Customer service-focused; respond to resident requests promptly.
• Prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Inspect & Report: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
