Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician 3 to join our property team in Rock Island, IL. The role focuses on maintaining hallways, clubhouse, and common areas, completing turnover unit cleaning, and delivering excellent resident service.

You will perform repairs, unit turns, painting, and seasonal duties while upholding safety and community standards. On-site hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with comprehensive benefits.

Principal Objective of Position: The MT3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The MT3 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. #ZR
