Hayes Gibson Property Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician 3 to maintain grounds, perform repairs, and support resident services.

This on-site role offers Monday–Friday hours 8am–5pm with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and holidays. On-call rotation may apply.

What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents through unit turns.
• Help maintain beautiful grounds and curb appeal.
• Perform painting, cleaning, and general property maintenance.
• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and property safety.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents while keeping the community safe and well maintained.
