Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or general repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents through unit turns.
• Help maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Perform painting, cleaning, and general property maintenance.
• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and property safety.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents while keeping the community safe and well maintained.
